01 What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no hard minimum on stocked items — you can order a single piece to evaluate quality. Custom wattage, optics or branded housings carry a minimum of 50 pieces because of tooling and setup.
02 Do you supply against government and municipal tenders?
Yes. We regularly supply gram panchayat, municipal corporation and state highway tenders. BIS-approved models come with the documentation and test certificates tender committees ask for.
03 What does the 2-year warranty actually cover?
It covers driver failure, LED module failure and ingress failure under normal operating conditions. Because we manufacture in-house, replacements are handled by us directly rather than routed through a brand office.
04 Can you match a specific wattage or beam angle we need?
In most cases yes. We build custom wattage, beam angle, colour temperature and powder-coat finish on the same castings. Send the specification and we will confirm feasibility and price.
05 How fast can you dispatch?
Stocked ranges dispatch within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Project quantities and custom builds run to a schedule we commit to in writing at the time of the quotation.
06 Do you sell to dealers and distributors?
Yes — we have an active dealer network across Gujarat and neighbouring states, and we hold an IEC for export enquiries. Dealer pricing is quoted separately on request.
